The picturesque beach setting provided the ideal backdrop for various team-building activities, designed to enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership skills among the staff. The evenings were filled with laughter and entertainment on the first day and a drinking session and free time as well on the second day. We held an awarding ceremony to recognize employees’ outstanding contributions and achievements within the company.

A new beginning triumphs as a major part of Macrologic’s 10-year plan sets in motion last April 28, 2023. The groundbreaking ceremony for Amadeo’s land development had been officially initiated, as witnessed by partners, stakeholders, employees, and even friends and family altogether, who have seen the humble start of the company. This land development that will soon be called the “Macrologic Technology Centre” aims to house commercial spaces, expanding Macrologic’s market of interest. But to still uphold the heart of its business, a techno hub center is in the plans to establish in this 3-hectare of property; a building infrastructure for state of the art and eco-friendly Data Center of MIaaS Cloud, Command Center and offices for Business Process Outsourcing operations. Several business opportunities are also in place such as hotels & restaurants, promoting culture and community. ISO Certification: ISMS Road – The Path to Globalization.   The pandemic was an obstacle the company needed to overcome in 2021. When the year stroked 2022, new challenges emerged. First, the transition of management due to the struggles brought by COVID-19, second was the re-emergence of partners in the industry, and third was the changes Clients went through that affected their performance, that in turn, affected us as well. A lot of adjustments were ongoing and to say that our company was immune was an overstatement. Perhaps the biggest challenge the company have faced so far was the journey to being ISO Certified. It had been a smooth sail initially, but one could only get to the shore by overcoming the winds.   What does it really mean to be ISO certified? ISO is short for International Organization for Standardization. The Organization sets the global standard for manufacturing processes, data security, safety requirements, quality assurance, and the likes. To pass this means high quality business conformity – a degree we all look for in business partnerships. There are different ISO certifications applicable to each industry. One works for the health industry, one for manufacturing. A company should assess which best works for them. To sum it up, the following are what an organization can achieve by being ISO certified:

In the previous year, however, ISMS was not the only one in the list of projects the company worked on, which is why it had been a struggle to complete the requirements needed. However, it only proved more of the resiliency and workforce of the people behind the project as the plan still pushed through despite the numerous initiatives the company worked on. It was only recent that the Organization announced of Macrologic making it to the second stage of the certification process. As another year enters, a more aggressive approach for the certification comes in line, and so as Macrologic rolls out the project, our workforce, skills, and abilities, are far ready than ever. This crucial project is of utmost importance as the company also intends to expand outside the Philippines. With the Singapore Cloud Cluster in line, the Management eyes the Land Down Under as a potential opportunity for another business venture and a steppingstone for the company’s direction towards globalization. And it is with pride that the organization continues to aim only for the best. Having passed the initial stage of our audit, we persevere to surpass more levels as we go about the Y2023.

Macrologic bags 2 Lenovo Awards this year!

Last June, just only halfway from the year-end, Macrologic was awarded 1. The President’s Club and 2. Top ISG Partner for Services, both recognizing our company as the partner’s top performer of the year, being able to meet and exceed all target set for the previous year.

MIaaS & MaMaas, now a Macrologic brand, marks its name in the industry.

Launched in Q3 of 2020 with the first site in its Data Center located in the Macrologic Corporate Centre in Molino 3, City of Bacoor, Cavite, the management, together with its architects, Macrologic came up with its own solution offering. The IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) was deemed to be the market’s new hotspot, and so MIaaS (Macrologic Infrastructure as a Service) was created. Macrologic kicks off ISMS 27001 compliance and certification.

March 16, 2022 – Today marks the journey of Macrologic for data security compliance as it held the kick-off meeting for ISMS ISO 27001 virtually, involving all Business Unit Heads, key officers and representative from EIAN Management Consulting Services, the 3rd party contracted firm to help the company attain the aimed ISO certification.

The objective to comply and certify for the ISMS ISO 27001 is planned to achieve this year and is expected to pave way for more customers and level up the confidence of the market in patronizing the IT offerings of Macrologic for MamaaS Managed Services and MIaaS Cloud Services. MamaaS is a ServiceDesk platform utilizes by the company in delivering professional services to the market while MIaaS is Macrologic’s own trademark for public cloud infrastructure, the first in country with VMware Cloud Verified status.

whom the decades of consulting experience are instrumental in the company’s multiple contracted ISMS projects locally and abroad with 100% statistical effectivity on the first-try-certifications.

During the kick-off, Mr., Regalado has explained the key activities and 12 phases of attaining the ISMS compliance and certification; initial project meeting (kick-off), gap analysis, ISO/IEC 27001 awareness training, risk management workshop, establishment of policies and objectives, creation of ISO/IEC 27001 required documents, creation of ISO/IEC 27001 applicable documents, internal audit training, supervised /mock audit, management review of the ISMS and fine tuning, ISMS roadmap and readiness report and certification audits that composed of two stages.

Macrologic MIaaS Cloud Services draws international recognition.

It’s indeed another milestone for Macrologic MIaaS Cloud Services. Last April 16, 2021, VMware, the leading and pioneer company in virtualization, has published its partnership with Macrologic for public cloud strategy in Channel Asia Tech. Macrologic was the first in-country to adopt vCloud Director with multi-tenancy architecture through the vCloud Provider Program (vCPP), a consumption based licensing scheme for partners offering managed services. While Macrologic was not the first to utilize the vCPP in the local market, its initiative to develop its own multi-tenancy cloud platform earned industry recognition as the pioneer and lone Philippine based company to ever establish a cloud infrastructure, presently known the MIaaS Cloud Services. MIaaS Cloud Services has achieved significant growth in its subscribers at the very beginning of the Year 2021. The fast start accounts customers from pharmaceutical distribution, livestock agriculture, government, education and BPO. The influx of the new tenants grows the number of application workload by 225% and monthly gross revenue of 315% from the previous year according to Mr. Armando R. Menta, CEO and President of Macrologic Diversified Tech. Inc., the I.T. company that owns and operates MIaaS Cloud Services. The radical increase in the number of MIaaS subscribers is relevant to the recent cloud strategy implemented by Macrologic, the site expansion of MIaaS Cloud in Vitro 2 Cebu and roll-out of VMware vCloud Director as another platform for public cloud boosting the confidence of the local market to patronize the first cloud services in the country.
