Location: Bicol
Description:
- Processing of Permit renewal and building related Serves as the admin of the branch, manages the requisition for rental, electric, and water bills.
- Manage the processing of SI, DR, CR, and BI to clients.
- Maintain admin and accounting records.
- Serves as the main person for the requisition of reimbursements for sales & technical
- Work jointly with the other internal team to create harmonious and goal-oriented working environments.
- Collect overdue accounts from respective clients.
- Help AR team with the collection, and follow-up on overdue accounts assigned by accounting.
- Responsible for uploading the SOF to SAP B1 as necessary.
- Deliver items to the client as necessary.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Computer Literate
- Basic Customer Communication Skills
- 1-2 years job experience
