At Macrologic, we believe fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among our staff is essential for a thriving workplace. This holiday season, we organized two special events that brought our teams together in a spirit of celebration and relaxation.

First, the Business Unit Heads and Sales Team gathered for an informal lunch outing at Tong Yang Plus, SM Mall of Asia. It was a delightful experience for everyone involved, providing a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of daily work. Over delicious food and engaging conversations, the team had the opportunity to bond, share stories, and build stronger relationships outside the confines of the office. The relaxed atmosphere allowed for genuine connections and reinforced the importance of teamwork and mutual support.

Meanwhile, our non-sales staff enjoyed a fun-filled evening of dinner and holiday shopping at SM Bacoor, Cavite. This event was designed to give our hard-working employees a chance to unwind and indulge in pre-holiday cheer. The evening kicked off with a shopping adventure, exploring stores and picking out gifts for loved ones at the SM Store. Following the shopping, a sumptuous dinner was served at Max’s Restaurant where laughter and lively discussions filled the air. The experience was not only enjoyable but also helped strengthen the bonds between colleagues, creating lasting memories.

Both events were a testament to the strong sense of community at Macrologic.
